Frequently Asked Questions

Down Payment:  A non-refundable retainer fee is due before the project begins; no exception will be made.  We require a retainer fee in proportion to the amount of the web design services you are purchasing.  Our reason for this requirement is that website design and development is purely service work and our time cannot be recovered.  A retainer fee ensures that we'll be paid for the time we spend on any project.  Installments are available for projects $7,500 or more, to be agreed upon by both parties prior to the project's start.

Time of Completion:  Upon receipt of your down payment, work on your project will begin immediately.  A specialist will be assigned to your project and will be in touch with you at the email address you have provided.  We will set up your account and begin to establish the details of your project.  The length of time to complete your project will, of course, depend on the size and difficulty level of your project.  We will provide you with a time "estimate" at the onset of your project.  All timelines are estimates as we cannot work any faster than you can provide the details to us that we need to make your project happen.

Payment Methods:  Our preferred payment method is Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover cards processed through www.PayPal.com.  You are not required to have a PayPal account to use your credit card to pay for our services.  We will also accept money orders or cashier's checks via US Mail.

The remaining balance on any account is due immediately upon completion of any project.  All accounts will be paid in-full before the project CD or any other items such as passwords and management instructions are provided to the customer.  Delinquent accounts are subject to website suspension until the account is paid in-full.

Quotes:  We offer Free Quotes, you can also visit our pre-designed Packages page, or our Custom PHP Developer page, or you can contact us anytime for a person-to-person Quote.

Project CD:  Upon final completion of our contract with the customer, the customer shall receive via US Mail a project CD (if requested) which shall contain all files used to create customer's project along with all passwords and website addresses needed to manage customer's website.
